The author raises the problem of realities (superreal, hyperreal, quasi-real) in the context of game and reality recursion. Game universes are media cultural phenomena that are represented in a variety of forms of interaction. The problem is that the narrative content acquires the properties of a myth about modern postmodernity and simulation at the same time. The reflection of the depth of the capabilities of a gaming technician in constructing a media cultural space embodies the novelty of this study. The object of the study is the recursive relationship between the game and the real, the subject of the study are the superreal and hyperreal. The purpose of the study is to study a synthetic myth based on the example of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. As a result of the research, the archetypal content of the game universe was established, which is exploited in an entertainment orientation, which defines the fictional world as a quasi-reality realized in the media cultural space.
