Abstract

The article provides analysis of creative techniques used by the television director and presenter V. Voroshilov in his programs. The focus is on those of them that allow us to characterize the format of these programs. The dramaturgy and genre features of the author-director's work are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the uniqueness of the creative thinking of their creator. The alleged genesis of V. Voroshilov's creative solutions and the degree of their originality are considered. Biographical documents of V. Voroshilov, his personal file, archive materials of the Ostankino televison center are utilized in the work. This allows us to show that the basic principle of the construction of V. Voroshilov's television programs is the classical theatrical pattern of a three-act drama. The combination of television aesthetics with the psychology of theatrical action results in an original and unique experience of the director and playwright.
