The publication peer-reviewed open access periodical is intended for the interdisciplinary study of the influence of popular culture on the emotional picture of the world of modern man, society, social groups and subcultures; mechanisms of industrialization, promotion and consumption of experience as strategies for individual, corporate and political action, as well as the definition and testing of technological tools for the design and subsequent emotive management of the socio-cultural environment.
The publication was founded in 2021 by Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University (order No. 2575 dated December 27, 2021) and is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media. Mass media registration certificate EL No. ФС77-83574 dated July 13, 2022.

The publication publishes accepts original scientific articles, reports on scientific events, historiographical and bibliographic and other reviews, essays, and reviews.
Publication of texts in the publication is free of charge.
Languages of the publication are Russian and English.
All materials sent to the editorial staff undergo a double-blind peer review procedure.
All materials published in the journal are assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which can significantly improve the quality of work with scientific texts and provide authors and organizations with an increase in scientometric indicators.
